Lucerne embodies the picture perfect, storybook idea of a Swiss town. It hosts one of Switzerland's main tourist attraction, the Chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke). It is unique because it contains a number of interior paintings dating back to the 17th century, although many of them were destroyed together with the part of this centuries-old bridge in a 1993 fire. Subsequently restored, the Kapellbrücke is the oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe.
Each product is a handmade piece of art made individually from the birch veneer and melamine-dipped paper. MA LOVE wooden products are either FSC or PEFC certified. Melamine, an organic compound, is used to make the products durable and water-resistant. All products have passed the Food Contact Test.
Care instructions: Birch veneer products have been tested in restaurant dishwashers to up to 95°C. Wash with liquid detergent and dry off with a cloth.
